Information for New Patients at Cary Physical Medicine

When you choose Cary Physical Medicine for all your injury and pain management needs, you'll receive high-quality care at every appointment. Your first visit to our office helps us establish a solid foundation for our relationship with you. During this visit, we will obtain all your important background information and medical history. This will give you a chance to talk with the doctor and get to know one another. Prepare for your first visit with us by reading all the information we have compiled for you below. We are currently offering a new patient $39 special, which includes a consultation, exam and 2 x-rays, if needed. Please mention this special when you make your appointment to see Dr. Barthen.
